I was introduced to Chloe by a friend and out of curiosity, I agreed to meet up with her to find out more about her and her plans. Currently, I am doing my savings plan with her. There were so many reasons why I chose to do my plan with Chloe, but particularly also because of the way she did it was not very pushy or fierce (unlike other agents HAHA).
Instead, she tried to get to know me first, my current interest, spendings and my future interest. She will then do very thorough research and financial plan for you and present it to you with extra knowledge and facts for you to pick up! I first got to know Chloe from a mutual friend. Afterwards, she met up again with my friend and me to share more info regarding insurance and financial planning. Her professionalism can be seen when she introduces the policies to me, as she explains it as in depth as possible, while at the same time keeping it simple enough for me to understand. As a close friend, Chloe would often check in on me to see how I was doing. I still remember the beautifully written and decorated postcard she sent me for my birthday.
One of the things that Chloe have done that has impressed me is her monthly digest that she would send out. It talks about a broad range of topics such as costs of planning a wedding to investing for retirement.

Didn't expect a secondary school friend of mine (aka Chloe) to be my financial advisor... her sharing is very detailed and straight to the point!

Chloe is really a great financial advisor and friend. I got to know her in uni, and after graduating and working for a while, I still remember her warmth and genuinity as a friend - always caring and looking out for others - which is why I looked for her for my insurance plans.
On top of being a great friend, she is also a very understanding consultant. Being new to insurance, she is patient and meticulous enough to break down the important aspects into easy to digest, bite-sized information. She also considered my financial aspects and made sure that I had what's right for me, never pressurising me into buying something unnecessary, which is a rare trait I find in FAs that I appreciate. Chloe is a friendly and approachable person. She is really patient in explaining policies and she ensures that clients understood what they are purchasing. Unlike other FCs who get straight to the point, she first tries her best to understand you from a friend's pov and from there, she suggests what is most suitable/essential for you. Despite so, she is not pushy and there are no obligations to purchase. She carries professionalism in her area of expertise and does regular follow-ups/review. She makes a portfolio for her clients so that they can access all policies in one single file. She does surprise clients with customised gifts which I believe is a great way of giving back.
