ABOUT ME

I’ve been in SIT’s Hospitality Business programme since 2018 and will be completing my honours degree this year.
I’ve always enjoyed talking to people because I believe that the longevity of any business and any industry, ultimately comes down to the happiness of the customer. And to me, the only way to understand customers, and understand what matters to them, is to talk to them.
I also specifically wanted to carve a career in a place where instead of asking people to spend money, I will actually be adding value to my clients. And the financial industry was an obvious first choice for me.
It’s been an amazing 2 years journey for me, and I have learnt so much about this intricate world of money management. My biggest realisation is that just as how people have different kinds of relationships with others, we too have different dynamics with our money. Some of us have well-balanced dynamics, some of us have insecure dynamics, and some of us even have toxic dynamics with our money. And I feel a sense of gratitude whenever I help others to gain clarity about their own dynamics with money.
I’ve also had such an enjoyable time with my clients, thinking of ways to personalize the whole customer experience for each of my clients. Since no 2 people are alike, then why shouldn’t their customer experience with me also be unique, right?
